Okay so last Thursday, the 11th, my mom's car got totaled.

Thank God nobody got hurt. My mom's head hurts but no major damages

except for our car.

Today morning, I got up and our whole family was watching the news as usual.

We saw all these yellow triangles with exclamation points on them which indicated

all the car accidents just up until today at 600 in the morning.  I joked saying,"Hey

dad! You got lots of business today!" (My dad is sells automobile body parts). We all

chuckled, but deep inside we also hoped that all these people were okay because my mom

had just gotten into an accident.

We were on our way to school, my dad, me, and Andy(my brother). Suddenly, our car started to slide

sideways. It was like those movies where the car just turned in circles waiting to crash into something to stop.

We all screamed, even my dad. I was just scared that we were done. Luckily, we just ran over a small tree

and into the wall. Nobody is hurt big time, but my dad and Andy are a little bit sore. I'm just so thankful and glad

that nobody got really hurt.

I ask that even in these hard economic times, that you may pray for my family that we may not

lose hope in God.  Thank you so much!
